Ours was a unique experience in that after we made the offer to buy a home, my husband became ill and was in the hospital for 3 weeks. Cheryl was very understanding and went above and beyond to help me with the paper work, etc. She kept in contact daily via text and phone calls to let me know the status of the processes. My husband had to sign papers and she highlighted the areas he needed to sign and I took them to the hospital. She called him and explained each page as he signed. She also, at my request, sent all e-mails and texts to my daughter who was helping me as I was at the hospital most of those days. She went out of her way to make things easy for me. She was compassionate and understanding about my frazzled state.
