Cheryl was an excellent realtor for us. While we were on vacation, she was able to line up people to some needed work on the house. They did great work and were not too expensive. She was sensitive to the fact that we were selling the home we had lived in for the last 18 years where our children had grown up and helped us over the "emotional hump" to make the right decisions about selling the house.
