I just wanted to share our experience with V and Cheryl. V and Cheryl are the most wonderful people we have met with our real estate journey. It all began in 2002 when we met Cheryl. Cheryl first helped my mom but her townhouse. She was very professional and down to earth at the same time. She wasn't pushy like other agents we have met before. That's what stuck out in our mind. Everything went well with the sale.
Fast forward to 2024 when my mom's health was declining coupled with my mother in law's living situation of being alone we were left with a big challenge of needing to sell 2 houses simultaneously. We also had another challenge of finding a house we can all fit into. We knew we could count on Cheryl to help us sell the homes. Cheryl introduced us to V who was amazing and was there to help us find a home to purchase that would fit our criteria.
This is where the unforgettable journey happened. We thought we were crazy to have to sell 2 homes at the same time. At the same time we needed to do some upgrades to the homes to make them sellable. Cheryl introduced me to her team who worked really hard to get both houses ready for sale.
We met V and mentioned we had certain criteria in the home we were looking for. I admit i was probably one of the weirdest clients V has ever had. I am very much a car fanatic and had one requirement of the house. It had to be big enough to fit my truck. So each house we looked at the first thing I would do is measure the garage to make sure it fit my truck. If my truck didn't fit then the house was not fit for me. V showed us many homes and would make sure the garage was big enough. She even went out of her way and bought a tape measure and measured the garage dimensions when I wasn't available to see the house.
The year 2025 was definitely a year we would not forget. Cheryl worked hard on her end helping us sell the 2 houses less than a month while other homes were sitting on the market for weeks. We were super grateful for all her expertise and knowledge in getting the job done. We also would like to say V is the most approachable and down to earth person. She is also very knowledgeable with the market. After seeing many homes we found one that we wanted but thought it would be out of our range. We made an offer and initially were rejected. We felt discouraged and wanted to give up. But V worked her magic and we were able to get the house we wanted.
I just wanted to share our story and I give Chery and V 5 stars. You will not find a harder working real estate team than V and Cheryl.
